This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions, memberships, advertising agreements, and other paid services provided by Texas Bullpen (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing or subscribing to any of our products or services, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription until that time.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.
Advertising and sponsorship purchases are subject to the terms outlined in your signed agreement or insertion order.
If you request to cancel an advertising or sponsorship agreement before the end of the agreed term:
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend advertising placements at our discretion if content violates our standards, applicable law, or these policies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a pro-rated refund for unused placements, unless termination is due to advertiser misconduct.
