1. Subscriptions and Memberships

b. Effective Date of Cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription until that time.

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.

2. Advertising and Sponsorship Agreements

a. Contractual Commitments

Advertising and sponsorship purchases are subject to the terms outlined in your signed agreement or insertion order.

b. Early Termination by Advertiser

If you request to cancel an advertising or sponsorship agreement before the end of the agreed term:

• Fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Any outstanding balances remain due unless otherwise stated in writing by Texas Bullpen

c. Early Termination by Company

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend advertising placements at our discretion if content violates our standards, applicable law, or these policies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a pro-rated refund for unused placements, unless termination is due to advertiser misconduct.

3. Events, Tickets, and Special Products (If Applicable)

For events, conferences, or special paid products:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• If refunds are offered, they will be subject to the specific terms provided for that event or product.

If we offer a free trial:

• You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
